- Website problems: If a site takes too long to load, doesn’t load at all, or crashes, don’t expect a customer to complete their purchase. 47% of shoppers want your site pages to load in two seconds or less, and 64% of shoppers won’t return to your site if it takes too long to load.
Other common abandoned cart reasons include slow delivery, unsatisfactory return policies, or not enough payment options.
